Four more Alfresco modules

• Data lists: maintain the tasks, issues, contacts, events and locations of a site right in the task pane, custom list types included. Plus a full-screen table, a card view, filters for every field, CSV export and a PDF report.
• Calendar: the events of a site as an agenda in the task pane, and as month, week and day view in full screen. Recurring events are created directly in Alfrodin, and any event can be copied into Outlook with one click.
• Links: maintain, comment on and open the link collection of a site, in full screen as a list or as cards. References to Alfresco documents and folders open right in the task pane.
• Discussions: read and write topics and replies, in full screen with the familiar indented thread from Alfresco Share. The editor supports headings, lists, images and tables.

Manage sites and modules

• Site managers activate the modules of each site with one click; the module bar shows every member exactly the active modules. When a module is deactivated, its content is kept in the trash and can be fully restored at any time.
• Site administration right in Alfrodin: maintain members and roles, add groups, adjust title, description and visibility, and remove sites when needed.
• New sites can be created directly from Alfrodin, with title, identifier, description and visibility.
• All modules follow the permissions of your Alfresco server.

Built for everyday practice

• The new module bar guides you through all modules of a site as a toolbar, clearly arranged and in a fixed order.
• Alfrodin remembers where you were: site, module, folder, tasks and tab are right back the next time you open it.
• Export and reports: CSV export of data lists plus PDF reports for data lists, calendar and links, exactly in the view set on screen.

• New action in the document menu while composing an email: the selected Alfresco file is attached directly to the open email.

Alfresco Wiki & Blog - read, write, comment and publish

• Wiki and blog, right inside Alfrodin - full-screen readers and rich editors, no browser needed.
• Wiki: read, write and link pages with internal [[links]], embedded images and full version history.
• Blog: read, write, comment on and publish posts - with drafts and a filterable feed (All, Published, Drafts, Mine).

Smart Alerts - never forget to file an email

• When you hit Send, Outlook asks whether the email should be filed in Alfresco - rule-based (external recipients, attachments, domain list).
• File the email right from the dialog, before it is sent.
• New "Smart Alerts" section in Settings - the feature is opt-in and disabled by default.
• New language: the entire add-in and website are now available in French - alongside English, German and Spanish.
• Unified actions menu: every list now uses a single three-dots menu instead of many inline buttons - with move, copy, ZIP download (folders), new version and favorites.
• Send Alfresco documents by email: open a new Outlook email with the document as a link, a public share link (with expiry) or a file attachment.

Drag & drop

• Upload files and entire folders from your computer by dragging them into Alfrodin - the folder structure is preserved.
• Drag emails straight from your Outlook inbox into an Alfresco folder to archive them.

Initial release: browse sites and folders, upload and archive emails and attachments, full-text search, previews, versioning, check-out/check-in, comments, tags, workflows and tasks - in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Available via Microsoft Marketplace and Digistore24, with SSO and OIDC (Keycloak) sign-in.
